Sample Appraisal - Our QA team is involved at the initial stage of Pre Production sample / Fit sample approval with merchandising team to be on the top of any approvals / comments given by buyer.
Maintaining Product records and work closely with Merchandising Team for all approvals and comments to be incorporated in the production.
Fabric / Accessories Inspection - QA team carries out inspection at the fabric stage to ensure no problem related fabric at the later stage of production.
Pilot run Test - QA team does pilot run of around 50 pcs before production starts so that there is no quality issue.
Initial Inspection - First finished products are checked against buyers specification and approved sample. Any deviation is identified and corrected at this very first stage only.
Mid Line Inspection - This inspection is carried out in the mid of production to ensure all initial discrepancies have been rectified and quality standard as per buyer's requirement is maintained in the running production .
Final Inspection - This inspection is done when the complete merchandise is packed and ready for shipping . QA picks up the product randomly and checks the product / garment finally for appearance , labeling ,workmanship , measurement , packing , marking etc.
Status report sent to buyer by fax or email . The shipment is allowed for shipping only if it is up to buyers required standard
